RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your knickers. If your knicker doesn’t fit, if it isn’t right then you can return it to us for an exchange of 30 days of purchase. For exchanges the customer is responsible for the return cost and shipping cost for the replacement product.

There are some things we need to be sure of to be eligible for return;

  • The Knicker must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
  • The Knicker must have all the original tags and packing in the original condition.
  • You must have the receipt.

If by some chance your Knicker is faulty we will of course replace the faulty product or provide a credit.

  • If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded after we have received The Knicker and have confirmed all of the above conditions have been met. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.

All sales on Sale products are final and no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

Delivery in Australia is free for orders over $55.00

We deliver worldwide.

Free standard shipping for orders over $55.00 within Australia. Please note that International deliveries are not free even over $55.

Delivery within Australia is $10 flat rate with tracking. We use Australia Post or a Courier Service depending on your location.
Express Post is available for an additional $6 surcharge.

International shipping is available. Please contact us at hello@theknicker.com and we will confirm the shipping method and costs.

Please note for international orders that overseas duties and customs charges that you may incur will not be included on your on line order but will be billed to you by the relevant authorities.
